WETSUIT REPAIR BY POST

Bodyline Wetsuits offers a bespoke wetsuit repair and alteration service, this is available by post or by popping into our workshop.

Sending your wetsuit for repair by post could not be easier. In fact, the majority of our repairs are by post, as our customers are based all over the UK (and the Channel Islands!).

We always recommend contacting us before sending your wetsuit for repair, so that we can provide an accurate cost and turnaround time. However if you think it is a straightforward and simple repair and you want to send us your wetsuit, all we ask is that you include our wetsuit repair form.

Our typical turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. If you need your wetsuit urgently (perhaps for an upcoming race or a surf trip) we always recommend contacting us before sending it. We will always do our best to meet your deadline.

We always recommend using a tracked/insured service, such as Royal Mail, when posting your wetsuit to us for repair.

As soon as your wetsuit arrives, we will confirm:

– That it has arrived OK

– The required repairs for your wetsuit

– The total wetsuit repair and postage cost

– The turnaround time

– Our bank details for payment (sadly we no longer take payment over the phone).

Once payment for the wetsuit repair has been made, we will confirm that we have received your payment, and then get your wetsuit repaired and back to you as quickly as possible.

All repairs are sent back using a Royal Mail tracked service, and Royal Mail will notify you by email prior to delivery.
